Epigenetic Nutrition© transforms the latest discoveries in nutrition, the gut microbiome, and epigenetics into practical guidance you can use every day. Rather than focusing on diets or food restrictions, this book explains how food acts as biological information—shaping the gut microbiome, influencing gene expression, and supporting the long-term health of the colon. Through clear explanations, evidence-based recommendations, and an easy-to-follow seven-day plan, you’ll learn how everyday food choices may help create a healthier internal environment and reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. Whether you’re looking to protect your own health or that of your family, Epigenetic Nutrition© empowers you to put cutting-edge science into practice—one meal at a time.
